| Tournament Format |
When possible players are placed into four class brackets as shown below:
1. NAPA Class GM/M
2. NAPA Class A
3. NAPA Class B
4. NAPA Class C/D/E
However, in some circumstances, splitting players into exact NAPA classes is not possible.
These circumstances are generally caused by two factors:
1. Too many players in one bracket and too few players in another bracket, creating lopsided and uneven brackets, which is unfair.
2. Less than 16 entries, overall.
Therefore, NAPA HQ, at its discretion, when necessary, will split players into groups shown below:
1. Group 1
2. Group 2
3. Group 3
4. Group 4
In such an event, all players will be split evenly into these four
groups based on CueSpeed Rating from highest to lowest starting with Group 1, so that there will be a balance bracketted field.
In the event there are less than 16 players then only one bracket will be used.
